Refund policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly offer store credit on eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
🔁 What’s Eligible for Return or Exchange?
We accept returns or exchanges for store credit only under the following conditions:
- Item is in new, unworn condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
All returns must be submitted through our online return portal.

🚫 Items That Are Final Sale
Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons:
- Earrings
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product pages)
💌 How It Works
- Submit your return or exchange request through our online portal
- A $6 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit
- Once your item is received and inspected, your store credit will be sent to your email
- Why? We’re a small business, and every order means a lot to us. When you place an order, we pay non-refundable transaction fees — and unfortunately, we don’t get those back on returns. We hope you understand and appreciate your support more than you know! 💛
