Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly offer store credit on eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.


🔁 What’s Eligible for Return or Exchange?

We accept returns or exchanges for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Item is in new, unworn condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

All returns must be submitted through our online return portal.

🚫 Items That Are Final Sale

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons:

  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product pages)

💌 How It Works

  1. Submit your return or exchange request through our online portal
  2. A $6 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, your store credit will be sent to your email
  4. Why? We’re a small business, and every order means a lot to us. When you place an order, we pay non-refundable transaction fees — and unfortunately, we don’t get those back on returns. We hope you understand and appreciate your support more than you know! 💛
